Lordes France

When I traveled to France I set up my itinerary to stay at Monasteries they are very clean,quite. and the food was good so it turned out that most of the photos I took were of a religious nature it turned out that they were also the best photos. One of the best was at Lourdes the home of St. Bernadette I stayed at Maison Bellevue a large voila owned by a Polish Catholic Mission the sisters only spoke Polish and French but fortunately a Brit was staying and he could translate for me. The food was great especially the potato soup.

Millions pilgrimage to Lourdes each year to take part in the possible healing from the waters that flow from the spring and to pray where St. Bernadette once had the vision of the virgin Mary .

Going back into ones childhood to extract the delightful moments of a new life at the age of twenty-nine I couldn’t remember any of my past but through meditation and other techniques I’ve been able to recall a great deal of my past. The Buddha was able to recall everything so I have a long way to go.

I’m comeing up on the dock we have almost completed the canoe a few Photos to show how it’s comeing along.

A Spring meeting

I had settled into my meditation of about ten minutes when my partner came into the room very excited she didn’t know I was meditating ” Come see the big Owl ” she said well visit from an Owl is always worth breaking into my meditation for so I got up and went outside . Their were not one but two large Owls high up in the tree and they were chatting away to each other one was somewhat smaller so I expect they were male and female , I wished that I had good sound equipment to record their chat but I didn’t they were there for about ten minutes then the large one flew down low over the back yard and then away over the garage , the smaller headed out over the roof and back of the garage and sat on the highwire , an enjoyable interlude for a spring evening . I returned to my meditation cubical and set in for another twenty minutes in the deep sea.

building the canoe -Part 3

I started this canoe somewhere around Nov. after watching a couple of canoe videos mostly the quick built ones since I had known plans when I started off I knew it wouldn’t be very quick since I have very little heat in the garage so a couple of hours a day a few days a week the time has unrolled ,it is now warm enough to glass the hull so here it goes you can see I’ve used painters tape to cut good seems it worked fairly well. I also experimented with loose fibreglass on the interior seems it doesn’t look very good and I don’t no how it will hold up when it gets in the water. One of the things that I have done is use the bondo patching glass I found that the sheets would cover the length of the canoe and as I figured it would be the cheapest I have known Idea what weight it is so again will see once it’s int the water.

Light gone astray

Since I’ve been interested in photography my mistakes have always been something that I actually enjoy . One weekend I took a plane to SaltLake city and I was takeing Photos at the Mormon temple and it was drizzling so some of the photos were not very good so I’ve decided to do a set called light gone astray some other Photos are of Germany and various other places but in a sence it doesn’t matter we’ll see what happens.
